At this time, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on candles due to the nature of the product. We truly appreciate your understanding.
For accessories, returns are eligible for store credit only. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48–72 hours of delivery at withlovetakeia@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be more than happy to review and assist you.
